Project description
In the project of the newly built DHL logistics centre in Vienna, a fire water system was also installed, consisting of two tanks, 1 x 40 m3 and 1 x 45 m3. The fire water system is intended for the storage of clean water, which is needed in the event of a fire to extinguish complex buildings. The requirement for a fire water system is laid down in the technical guidelines.
ROTO sollution
The fire water system consisted of the installation, connection of the tanks and installation of the suction hose and vent.
Customer support
The design, installation, connection and testing of the fire water system was carried out in the constant presence of the ROTO technical team, consisting of engineers and technicians.
Quick installation of ROTO tanks
Installation of polyethylene (PE) tanks is quick and easy. When the tank is purchased, it is delivered with a mobile lift truck that simply moves the tank into the construction pit. Any connections between the tanks are made on site. Pre-prepared connections on the tanks make the connections quicker.
