The company ROTO from Murska Sobota, in cooperation with the intensive care department of the Murska Sobota General Hospital, has developed a plastic protective chamber for incubation and extubation.
Protection called AktilProtekt will additionally protect medical personnel from infection with COVID 19 when in contact with patients. The first plexiglass shields have already been successfully tested, as the ROTO company donated them to the Oncology Institute in Ljubljana and the Murska Sobota General Hospital. The basic version has already been upgraded in ROTO with additional equipment and openings for easier access to the patient.
