A compact, leak-tight, and installation-friendly solution for reliable sewer infrastructure.

Sewer manholes are manufactured from polyethylene [PE] using the rotational molding process. They are available in four different diameters—DN400, DN600, DN800, and DN1000—and in various heights of up to 5 meters.

They are characterized by their long service life, watertightness, and resistance to various adverse environmental factors. Thanks to their low weight (wall thickness: 6–8 mm), these manholes are easy to transport and quick to install. The availability of various base configurations allows for the connection of a wide variety of pipe types.

The manholes are produced in compliance with standard DIN EN 13598-2:2009. This standard specifies the required resistance, watertightness, and load-bearing capacity of the manholes.

Sewage shaft DN1000 1/1

The DN1000 shaft with 1/1 trough allows connection to sewage or meteoric water with Ø250, Ø315 or Ø400 diameter pipes. Connection to the line can be easily done with the help of inlet seal and sliding coupling, or according to the project with ribbed and other pipes.

Sewage shaft DN1000 3/1

Shafts with a diameter of DN 1000 are available in various heights up to 6 m. Mulda 3/1 (3 inlets and 1 outlet) allows easy connection on three pre-prepared flat surfaces with seals at the following angles: 120 °, 180 ° and 240 °. The triple connection pipe at the outlet enables the connection of the outlet pipe with a sliding coupling (Ø250, Ø315, Ø400). In the case of the installation of a shaft with connected ribbed pipes, a suitable coupling for your type of pipe is welded to the inspection shaft.

Sewer shafts with a diameter of fi1000 are available with a 1/1 or 3/1 mold, with integrated connection pipes with a diameter of DN160 and DN200 at the inlet and outlet. Easy access to the inside of the shaft is provided by integrated stairs on the body of the shaft. The shaft is available in heights from 1.25 m to any height.

Which pipe connections are possible?

Standard connections for DN 200, DN 250, and DN 315. Additionally, pipes up to DN 400 can be integrated.

 

What is the difference between a 1/1 and a 3/1 pass?

The 1/1 flow configuration is a straight-through passage (one inlet, one outlet), whereas the 3/1 flow configuration allows for multiple inlets leading to a single outlet.

How are the pipes connected?

The inlet is via lip seals, and the outlet via a KG socket, ensuring a secure and leak-proof connection.

Is the shaft watertight?

Yes. Thanks to its monolithic production via rotational molding, the shaft is permanently 100% watertight.

For which applications is DN 1000 suitable?

For larger drainage systems, collection lines, and manholes with multiple inlets or higher flow rates.

Is the installation complicated?

No. Despite the larger diameter, the low weight allows for comparatively simple and quick installation.
