Roterra 2450 – the large tank solution.
The Roterra 2450 is the large tank solution for projects with high water demand and maximum requirements for structural stability, load-bearing capacity and installation flexibility. With a storage volume of up to 65,000 liters, it offers enormous capacity while ensuring efficient use of space.
Roterra 2450 – Volume. Stability. Efficiency.
The elliptical tank shape provides excellent stability against vertical soil and groundwater forces and ensures high structural safety in underground applications. The flat base enables fast and cost-effective installation with reduced need for backfill material. Made from lightweight, robust polyethylene, the tank is significantly easier to handle than concrete or steel tanks while remaining extremely durable.
In the RoDrive version, it is drive-over capable up to 40 tons axle load and therefore ideal for traffic and industrial areas. With flexible connection options, optional inspection shafts, and the possibility of coupling multiple tanks, the Roterra 2450 adapts to a wide range of project requirements and offers a long-term safe, economical and high-performance solution for stormwater, drinking water, fire water or retention applications.
For optimal adaptation to the existing terrain, the tank cover is telescopic. To ensure watertightness, a seal is integrated into the cover.

Advantages of the Roterra 2450

Low transport costs
Easy loading and unloading

Great statics
The Roterra 2450 water tank is designed so that the forces of the earth at favorable angles put less pressure on the sides. The sides are steep and the forces of the earth are transmitted away from the reservoir.
Size variety
The Roterra 2450 series is available in eight container sizes ranging from 20,000 L to 65,000 L.

Installation
Simple and fast installation
The installation of the Roterra is simple due to its shape; it requires a much smaller excavation pit and less fill material.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions and answers
The Roterra 2450 offers a maximum volume of up to 65,000 liters and is therefore suitable for commercial, industrial, and municipal projects with high water demand.
Yes. In the RoDrive version, the tank is drivable with up to 40 tons axle load for trucks and is therefore suitable for driveways, parking lots, and traffic areas.
The Roterra 2450 is groundwater-stable up to the middle of the container and therefore offers a high level of safety even in challenging soil conditions.
Inlet and outlet sizes from DN 110 to DN 300 are available. Multiple tanks can be connected lengthwise and crosswise in order to flexibly expand the storage volume.
