Roto Rooil horizontal oil separators with a 10% by-pass are used to clean rainwater that drains from paved surfaces such as roads, yards and car parks where fuel or oil can leak from vehicles.

The bypass oil separator is dimensioned for critical pour or. high flows. At maximum rainfall, 10% of the flow is purified in the oil separator and 90% goes through bypass. Circulating pipes up to a diameter of DN400 are installed inside the trap, which facilitates installation and handling during transport, while increasing the life of the product, as soil pressure cannot damage the pipe.

The vertical shape of the tank allows installation under paving surfaces (see burial instructions). The settling tank for sludge, mud, sand and other impurities is made in one piece of the basic tank. An integrated oil separator is also made in one piece, which ensures 100% waterproofing.
